My group had such a great stay at this home. The space was very clean and well taken care of. It was in a perfect location- walkable to a beach access from our driveway and close to restaurants and shops. Entrance to the gated community was very smooth and instructions were clear. Two of the bathroom sinks had problems draining, we messaged the host who was very responsive and maintenance fixed them within a few hours. We had a really good stay overall!
Would not recommend staying at this property. The house is actually very cute but very hard to access. There is a front gate you need a pass to get in. Casago left are pass in the house that we could not get to because the front gate attendant will not let you to the house without the pass. Casago failed to leave are name at the front gate either so it took us 1 hour to get through the gate with phone calls and begging. Once we did get to the house you have a difficult 10digit keycode that opens the door not convenient at all forget memorizing that. Be aware that this house has a thermostat that cannot be changed. It is set and controlled by someone else. We had to message to change it. They tried to keep it at 60 degrees and it was getting cold overnight. I had to message so they would turn up for comfort. Read carefully on the TV situation. There are no live channels available. You have to log into your accounts to access tv options. Was told pool is heated, it was not heated .
