Rustic oceanfront home with screened porch, free WiFi, deck, & beach access

We enjoyed our stay on the beach. It was a great location with easy access to downtown Folly and not too far from Charleston. The beach was beautiful. And, it was nice to be able to wash off your feet off on your very own board walk so you didn’t have sand all over. It was a cute and cozy, rustic accommodation. We had a party of four and, it was perfect. If/when we come back, we would stay here again.

This little bungalow was such a great beach find on the ocean! Our kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. Fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans which made meals in so easy. Loved the screened in porch for coffee in the morning and all the rinse off areas. Truly made everything so easy.

We checked in Sunday, went to the beach, tried to take a nice hot shower afterwards and there was no hot water. We communicated back and forth for 2 hrs and I was then told, it was after hrs and no one could come out till the next day. Next day, Monday, I received a message stating someone was coming at some point that day and it'd get an ETA when they're close. No one came. Another day of cold showers. Tuesday morning a neighbor helped me and we turned every knob, clicked ever switch and ended up with hot water. Approximately 2 hrs later, maintenance finally came but was obviously no longer needed. My daughter and I had to take cold showers for 2 1/5 days and they only refunded me $100 after spending $1000. So yea, that was my experience. Cool location, about 2 miles from "everything". Clean place but completely inconsiderate and just not what I expected. Only bad Airbnb experience I've ever had. Also, there's only one TV. In the living room. None in the bedrooms.
