Oceanfront, third-floor villa with great views, balcony & 2 shared pools

Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing, primarily due to the lack of communication. It was very difficult to reach anyone directly, and most responses appeared to be automated and did not address our actual questions. Upon arrival, we experienced issues obtaining the required FOB and parking pass, which significantly delayed our check-in and consumed much of the first day of our trip. It wasn’t until I became much more forceful in my communication that I was finally able to get assistance. The cleanliness of the property also fell short of expectations. We found blood-stained sheets upon arrival, bugs, and the overall cleaning appeared to be below the standard we would expect from an Airbnb listed at this price point. The property itself had potential, the location was great, but the combination of poor communication, check-in challenges, and cleanliness issues made for a frustrating experience (especially initially). I hope these concerns are addressed for future guests.

A decent condo on the beach with plenty of space. It's showing its age a little bit but it was what we expected. We had a great time and would stay here again.
