Oceanfront beach condo with WiFi, washer/dryer, pool - snowbirds welcome

There are some pros about the stay: beautiful view from the balcony, organized kitchen, spacious condo, and there were some beach toys we got to use. There is one major con: the photos of the location completely inaccurate. The photos depict several close & convenient beach accesses. These two AND the next closest beach access are all closed due to erosion - something I was completely unaware about until our arrival to this property. I’m shocked that the photos have not been updated & that none of the previous reviewers have mentioned the discrepancy between photos & reality at this property. We booked this property solely because these photos depicted what we thought would be an easy trip to the beach with two young kids. The walk to the beach was much longer & harder than we expected. We made it work, but we were extremely disappointed. Not a horrible stay, but definitely not what is being advertised by this listing.

The location and view were excellent! The place itself is very dated, all the flooring is in pretty bad shape and looks dirty. The code to get in was always very frustrating as it was 10 digit and if you waited too long to enter next number you had to redo all over again. The place needs fresh paint. There are several mold spots painted over on the ceiling in living area that was very visible. The tubs are extremely slippery and we all had to be cautious getting in and out, it’s a fall waiting to happen. Having had knee surgery in October and another guest that has knee problems we had to be very cautious and hold onto the bars in the shower.

Dated. Could use some sheetrock work and definitely a new paint job. Too many numbers for code to unlock door!
