This is the perfect place to stay with your family! The location is extremely kid friendly and the walk to the beach is truly 5 minutes or less. We loved it!
When reporting problems, nothing was done until after we left. The freezer did not freeze items, leak under sink, washer quit working(said it was our fault - sand and heavy load - 3 beach towels). I do agree that they respond quickly, but they do nothing to fix the problem, nor do they give updates as promised. Washer quit half way through our stay and no one came to fix the problem until after we left. We left with all our dirty laundry still dirty and beach towels still wet. Had to throw away all our freezer items. Asked for partial refund and they refused stating the problem with washer was our fault, but never addressed any other items. Maintenance was working outside and cut the cable so we had no tv for last 2 days. Was not a good experience!
