Don't worry about a long commute to the beach, as the beach access path is less than a block away for the surfers to get their fill of The Washout', a favorite local surfing spot. When you want to get a bit of fresh air and sunshine at home base, there is a large deck on the back of the home which also has a spiral staircase going up to a second deck landing. The deck right off of the living room and kitchen has a large custom-made picnic table that will seat all of your guests and overlooks the lake, making it a great spot for dining alfresco! The second-floor deck area has a love seat and chairs which usually has a nice breeze and is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Not to mention, there are two outdoor showers and a gas grill to rinse off sandy toes or host a cookout in the fresh air.

Inside, you will find the newly renovated interior boasting beachy decor, plush furnishings, and a gourmet kitchen equipped with a gas range, wonderful views of the lake, stainless steel appliances, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. There will be no need to be disconnected on this trip either with free high-speed WiFi that is ready to assist in streaming favorite movies or allowing guests to attend Zoom meetings. When it is time to hit the hay, each of the bedrooms promises a serene night's rest.
