You've found the perfect perch for a romantic getaway or weekend trip to Folly Beach - this cozy, ground-floor home has everything you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a location steps from the sand/beach and under a block from Center Street's shopping, dining, and nightlife.
Inside, you'll find hardwood floors throughout, lots of natural light, and stylish decor. The full kitchen (no dishwasher) makes meal prep easy, or you can just whip up some snacks for the beach (full-size fridge & stove). After a fun day out, cool off with the mini-split HVAC units that allow individual control while you relax on the sofa. Relax in the cozy den, complete with a comfortable daybed for lounging or extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows or use the in-home WiFi to upload the day's pics to social media. Call it a night early - you don't want to miss the sunrise on the beach.
There is a fenced rear yard with a picnic table and chairs available for guests - ideal for corn hole, frisbee, or kids' play. There is also an outside shower to rinse off or shower after a day on the beach.

I highly recommend this place as long as what you’re looking for is cute beachy vibe. It was super clean and well appointed. The only negatives I have is the entrance is difficult if you’re in the unit B you come all the way from parking on the other street and have to go through two gates… but truly totally worth the inside is clean/lovely and the location is utterly amazing. GREAT AC. And the KoKo beach restaurant across the street is fabulous - ocean view great food and staff…also is the public access area. Also walking distance to awesome shops and restaurants. I would absolutely stay again. Not high end luxury but really amazingly clean and comfortable with great service.
This house is in a great location. It's a quick walk and easy access to the beach. There were great restaurants within walking distance, so it was nice to not have to deal with parking. The house was exactly as described and very clean & well maintained. It is a bottom unit, so expect to hear the upstairs neighbors, but the great location makes it worth it. The only tiny issue we had with our stay was the keypad on one door didn't lock from the outside. We notified Casago. They were quick to respond & said it would be addressed. The house had everything we needed for a nice weekend & is a great setup for a small family. We would stay here again.
Location was great! Place was clean with more room than expected. Responded to our questions quickly. We will definitely book again.
