Convenient dog-friendly retreat steps from the beach with grill & screened porch

This place looks great in the pictures. it has different furniture than the pictures so one of the places that would have been a bed couldn't be used as one. The wifi is terrible here. It cut off 8 times in a 30 minute show. The bathrooms and big bedroom had peeling paint on the ceilings and black mold around the tubs. Big chips out of the tub in the master bath. The kitchen faucet handle fell off and the sprayer was broken. The cabinets didnt close and the stove didnt get hot for a very long time. It took 45 minutes to cook a pizza that usually takes 20. The kitchen was the big selling point to renting a whole house. We were trying to save money by vooking at the house. The coffee pot doesnt work. Also the dryer takes 3 times to dry a small load of clothes. The screen door on the porch was cut and the door was falling apart so I couldn't let the dog out on the porch. It was convenient to get to the beach. Its about a quarter mile walk through deep sand. The beach was nice and clean.

The location for this property is excellent. Walking distance to the beautiful IOP beach. While the property and some furniture could definitely use some attention, and the cleaning could be improved upon; it was manageable and with this great location we would stay here again.

We had a great Easter weekend with our family on IOP The location of the house was excellent with easy access to the beach. The large porch was great for grilling and hanging out in the evening. The fenced yard in the back is great for dogs The beds were nice and comfortable The house could use some updating as the dishwasher racks were breaking and the sink knob kept falling off. The chairs in the dining area were ripped and the garbage can lid was broken A little TLC would go a long way into improving the experience of the house as it had a great layout and ideal location.
