Outside, enjoy meals al fresco in the inviting dining area. Guests also have access to The Lake House at Seabrook (with paid admission), offering an indoor heated pool, fitness center, and library. first trip to seabrook for our family + this rental fit our needs. it is a bit more dated than pictures represent- scuff marks, marks on walls/doors, etc but overall the cleanliness was adequate. the porch area could use some TLC from spiderwebs and debris- it didn’t feel super usable due to these things. location was great if you’ve got older kids or are okay driving. the seabrook club (and def the lakehouse) were a little too far for our littles with training wheels to pedal (7-8 year olds did fine). amenities are amazing! the view from the seabrook club is 10/10. overall, the area is beautiful, the residence was quiet and peaceful. the primary bedroom can get warm + is difficult to cool compared to downstairs, but a fan was okay for us (ceiling fan would be super helpful up there!). kitchen was well stocked and plenty of towels/TP/paper towels for our stay. thanks for allowing us to use your home!

The villa is nice, but it is farther to get to the beach than I anticipated. Also, the walk to the resort is about 8-9 minutes. The villa comes with free resort access, which is nice, but you have to jump through some hoops to get the amenity card—a digital QR code that physically lets you into the pools, cafes, etc. That has to be done directly with the resort, I discovered. The kitchen is weirdly full of every piece of glassware and plate sets imaginable, but there are none of the kitchen basics like salt or oil. No coffee, either, which is disclosed in the description. There are also a lot of bright exterior lights, including a motion detector light that seemed to randomly and frequently go on and off. Might not bother some people, but I had a hard time sleeping.
