Beautifully decorated cottage steps from the beach with pool & open layout

We had a great time staying here! Two minute walk to the pool. Four minute walk to the beach. And we enjoyed watching the golfers put from the backyard screened deck during morning coffee. We cooked-in most nights, taking advantage of the grill in the backyard. The place had everything we were looking for, and could have fit two more of us if we extended the invite to family/friends. The owner was super responsive and answered all our questions right away. Overall, great week in Wild Dunes! We would totally come back.

I would strongly caution anyone considering a property managed by Casago Charleston. When we arrived, we discovered there was no pool key fob, making the pool inaccessible for our entire stay. Pool access was one of the main reasons we booked this rental for our 4-year-old daughter. We reported the issue immediately, but after multiple messages each day, we received nothing but repetitive, AI-like responses saying they were “working on it.” By Wednesday, they admitted the previous guests had taken the key fob home, yet they still never resolved the issue. The listing also advertised beach equipment, but none was provided, forcing us to spend over $300 buying our own. The condo itself was great, but Casago’s customer service was nonexistent. Airbnb has already confirmed we qualify for a partial refund. I would not rent another property managed by Casago Charleston.
